HAF

Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) is funding from the Department for Education. The provision primarily enables children, young people, their parents and carers to have fulfilling, active, fun-filled school holidays.

The provision primarily takes place during Easter, summer and Christmas school holidays.

We are currently working with various Local Authorities in the North East and offer a range of activities and provision for eligible children and young people, which includes Radio Workshops and Musical Theatre Weeks

Key Aspects of HAF Clubs:

  • Eligibility: Primarily for children receiving benefit-related free school meals (FSMs), though some spots may be available for other children in need, according to local councils.
  • Activities: Programs often include sports, arts, music, and educational workshops.
  • Meals: All participating children receive a nutritious meal daily.
  • Booking: Usually accessed via local council websites.
however you can also email directly to info@mendesmanagement.co.uk, where they can provide more information and help with reserving a place.
